Currently the Leading banking organisation to work for, my client offers a fantastic package for all of their employees, and career progression at every opportunity.
They require Inbound Sales Advisors to work in their contact centre, dealing with existing customers and enquiries from potential new customers. Working within the Loans department, you will have a sales background and have the talent to identify a sale at every opportunity.
In this busy and challenging call centre, your flexible approach will be critical. So you won’t be afraid of hard work and will thrive on responsibility, welcoming the chance to use your initiative to drive your own development and success. Your approach will be mature and gentle, as pushy sales is NOT what this role is about. It is about guiding your customers and building solid relationships.
Your role will include:
• Working in one of our lively and busy contact centres as part of one big team
• Deliver an excellent customer experience using your sales and service skills.
• Offer wide range of products to your customers
• Up-selling products and converting enquiries into sales
• Working to targets and trying to exceed these on a monthly basis
What we are looking for:
• Previous financial or retail experience is preferable although not essential as a fantastic training programme is provided on products to get you up to speed.
• Previous sales experience is essential
• Experience of working in a call centre is also desirable
• You’ll be an excellent communicator and reader, and at ease talking to customers about their financial needs both on the phone and through written communication.
• Hungry for a challenge and motivated by rewards, you will have drive, passion and a desire to meet and exceed sales and productivity targets in addition to excelling in our customers high expectations of you.
PC skills are essential, as is your ability to work with numbers. With high personal standards in accuracy you’ll want to get things right first time round!
The Package:
Salary £14,500 - £18,500 basic + Uncapped Bonus
Ongoing incentives, sales days, prizes, holidays, days off, early finishes and rewards
Holiday 25 days plus bank holidays
5% pension from employee and 9% from employer!

You need to be flexible with your working hours and 1 weekend in 3 will be required.
