A recognised worldwide operating company who are continuously expanding would like to recruit Account Managers to join their Leicester based office.
The company have a turnover of £90 million a year.
If you are quick to spot where there is money to be made this is the role for you. The uncapped commission scheme means the sky is the limit in terms of earning potential You will develop you own portfolio of customers by generating your own leads, contacting businesses by telephone and attending your own sales appointments. Once the customer is on board you will process consignments, track and chase deliveries, perform all customer service tasks and develop the account on an ongoing basis. You will be the single point of contact at all times. The better the service you provide the more bonus you will make!!
The role:
As an account manager, you will initiate and manage business on a one-to-one basis with your clients, primarily through telesales and face-to-face contact. Ideally, you will have a telesales background or direct sales, and be ready to make a step up in your career.
• Experience in proactive business-to-business telesales, selling/negotiating via the telephone for a commercial organization.
• A clear understanding of pricing for profit. And the ability to implement it.
• High levels of self-confidence, motivation and ambition.
• An ability to sell to people at all levels initially by telephone and on a face-to-face basis.
• The ability to thrive in a competitive commercial environment.
• Full Driving license required.
• Great administration skills and organisational skills.
The package:
• Starting salary of 18K (£21k after passing 1st year, rising every year until you reach £24,000
• Uncapped Bonus
• Company car after 6 months
• 48-month progressive training and development plan
