Our client is looking for hardworking, enthusiastic candidates with call centre or debt recovery experience. You will be working as part of a team, responsible for your own set of accounts, liaising with customers to arrange repayment of debts.
The ideal candidates will already have experience within consumer debt recovery, have excellent communication skills and be empathetic and persistent. You must have a good telephone manner and be capable of building rapport with people of all ages. You will be working to targets so must be self motivated.
This role involves working a shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 8pm weekdays and alternate Saturday mornings. In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a good basic wage and uncapped bonuses!
