We are looking for pro-active individuals who have exceptional customer service skills preferably gained from working within an industrial/distribution industry. My client is looking to recruit a Customer service co-coordinator which will be based in Derbyshire/ Leicestershire border.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Providing the highest levels of customer service at all times and to ensure all service levels are delivered.
- Ensuring all orders, quotes, dispatches, invoices are processed within the agreed service levels
- To maintain a close relationship with the external sales teams
- Administration duties where necessary
- Building strong relationships with customers

Hours of work will be 6-4pm or 7-5pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings.
