Working for a well known Solicitors in the Nottingham city centre. Our client is looking for an experienced Claims Handler, to join their busy Personal Injury department.
Main Duties and Responsbilities
* Working in their Personal Injury department, dealing with Employer's and Public liability claims
* Handling a case load of approximately 250 - 300
* Pre-litigation work
* Cases range from £200 up to £250,000
* All relevant duties as requested
Benefits
Salary range is dependant upon experience, paying from £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. In return for this you will receive 26 days holiday, with the option to buy and sell days. You will be entitled to healthcare and a pension contribution. Other benefits will be confirmed at interview stage.
Experience
It is essential that you have experience within Employer's and Public Liability claims. Knowledge of coal mining work would be an advantage to your application, however this is not essential. LPC qualified ideally.
