Urgently required for a medium sized recruitment consultancy based in Leicester City centre. We are looking for some one to build a commercial desk either dealing with temporary or permanent workers and jobs, filling vacancies from Receptionists, Sales, Administration, secretaries and more!!!!!
You will be responsible for:
• Achieving sales targets and Obtaining Maximum business levels by selling recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face using targets as set by branch / Divisional Manager.
• Selling the companies services to potential clients, and being proactive in your sales approach
• Building and maximizing on your client base.
• receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
• checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview;
• arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients;
• preparing résumés and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
• informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing letters of appointment;
• negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;
• offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression; reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
Ideally you will come from a sales and recruitment background, and have the passion and desire to succeed within today’s market. With the ability to build lasting and strong working relationships with both clients and candidates, you will be a cut above the rest.
In return you can expect a starting salary of £16,000 - £18,000+ bonuses, pension, private health cover and 25 days paid holiday per annum. On site parking is also provided.
