An experienced customer service team leader looking for part-time hours working a mix of afternoons, evenings and weekends, could join this friendly company based near Melton Mowbray. This position equally welcome applications from individuals looking to return to work following a career break.
Their contact centre take orders over the phone, give advice on products, organise deliveries and sort out any returned items or after sales enquiries. It is a busy team that work a variety of shifts and your forte will be in supporting and guiding your team to deliver an efficient and friendly service. You will need to be comfortable using excel to prepare reports and record information but training can be provided to strengthen your skills in this area if they are a little rusty.
