This successful firm offer trade products to customers throughout the Newark/Mansfield area's. Due to continued expansion they seek a Customer Advisor to help on their Trade Counter and to manage their web ordering service.
Duties include: serving customers front of house, picking and ordering parts as necessary, some local delivery for urgent orders. Managing the on-line ordering service, processing orders, dealing with enquiries and other departments as necessary. This is a truly varied role, the firm is family run and friendly with great benefits and opportunities for progression.
Applicants will ideally have trade counter and web order experience together with a customer focused attitude and a full clean Uk driving licence. This is a unique opportunity to join this firm as their progression is in full flow.
