Our client is looking for a representative who will be based at a student accommodation site in Nottingham. You will possess excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the buildings are inspected and well maintained.
At least 12 months previous experience of building maintenance is essential. You will have a proactive approach and be happy working towards targets and deadlines. You will also be required to undertake minor repairs so DIY skills are essential. You should also have a firm understanding of Health and Safety policies and be a strong team player.
A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work is essential for this role. In return for your hard work and experience you will be rewarded with an attractive salary working for modern, positive company!
