This is an entry-level trainee position into recruitment. Recruitment is a growing industry in the UK and TeacherActive are one of the leading players in the Midlands. You will be trained on every aspect of the role but would need to a dynamic, self-starter type of personality. Intelligence is essential. The discipline of your degree itself is not necessarily important.
Ideally: background to include some sales
