A results and quality driven Sales Manager with a history of leading successful teams in the sales and marketing of technical services, is needed to join the UK division of a global precision engineering company. The focus is to create, implement and manage aftermarket service strategy to influence positive change and impact the bottom line.
With P&L responsibility for c£5m, your ability to deliver visionary service strategy across marketing, sales and account management activities whilst driving best practice will be your challenge. A real talent in inspiring excellence and developing leadership skills through clear and motivational people management coupled with your driver for best in the industry are part of the personal qualities this company is looking for. As a member of the senior management team, your contribution to UK strategy across all operating divisions goes without saying.

Key Experience: A degree in a technical or scientific discipline. Five or more years experience in service/sales management.
