Capita are looking for a Child Protection Qualified Social Worker to enhance our client's standard of care based in the Leicestershire area paying £13 to £26 per hour.

This role as a Child Protection Qualified Social Worker involves
•Providing the social work service of assessment of need, care planning and, as appropriate, child protection investigation.
•To prevent the separation of children from their families wherever possible and appropriate.
•To ensure children and young people are adequately protected in line with the SCPC and departmental policy and procedures and relevant legislation.
•To ensure that children reach their full potential and have equal access to services available.

To qualify for this Child Protection Qualified Social Worker role we are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing high standards of care along with

•Previous experience of working within a child protection team
•An ability to manage caseloads and carry out assessments

You will need to be GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB disclosure.
