Our client is looking for a Team supervisor for their Defined Contribution Team who is able to supervise a team which provides a service to Insolvency Practitioners, the Pensions Regulators, private companies and others, in respect of occupational pension schemes. The DC Team is comprised of a number of Case Handlers and Senior Case Handlers who will perform these tasks. The Principle purpose of the Define Contribution Team Supervisor is to lead the team and to monitor adherence to the agreed procedures and to ensure that targets and business objectives for the team are achieved.

The successful candidate must have supervisor experience and have a working knowledge of Define Contribution Pension Schemes. The ideal candidate will also have professional qualifications such as PMI.
