A job role has become available for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work as part of our clients customer service team.
Key duties & responsibilities:
The accurate keying of customers orders which are usually high value or complex onto our system, ensuring that all delivery/labelling/billing instructions have been correctly followed.
Handle a wide variety of customer queries and complaints. This involves the processing of returns, credits and debits, all of which must be actioned within agreed time scales
Organise the dispatching of items for Export/UK customers.

Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent PC and typing skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service phone based role.
Minimum of 5 GCSE's grade A-C inclusive of Maths and English Language.
PC literate.
