Job Description
Our client represents 60 of the UKs main charities and we work on expanding their customer list.
There are many ways to promote charities, whether it's business to business, through event marketing or even turning to the grass-roots approach and we do whichever our clients know is best.
About our Openings:
If you've worked with customers in the past and you enjoy interacting with people, we may hold the key to your future. As a client account representative you will put your customer service skills to use on a daily basis. You will be responsible for explaining the benefits of our clients' services to their targeted audience face-to-face. You will also learn to answer customer queries, handle objections, and complete new customer registrations.
