Job Description
Telemarketing Executive
Our client based near Chesterfield sells software solutions to businesses throughout the UK. They are looking to appoint an additional person to their telemarketing team. This role will be dealing with anti-virus software selling business to business, generating qualified leads for the sales team and resellers to follow up on. The role will involve a high volume of telephone calls (around 70 per day) in order to achieve a minimum of three qualified sales leads per day..
Specifically the role includes:
Calling businesses from a professional database
Developing relationships and establishing needs
Researching for further information, qualifying the leads in terms of urgency and timescales.
Qualifying information in terms of key decision makers
Making appointments for external sales
Placing follow up calls for call backs at later dates
Achieving daily and weekly targets
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills
The ability to develop conversations with people at all levels
A determination and desire to succeed
Professionalism
Ability to pick up technical information
A confidence in picking up the phone and making high volume calls
