Beautiful Nottinghamshire Hotel Currently looking for a Talented Chef de Partie ! Apply!
This beautiful three star 60 + bed hotel in a stunning Nottinghamshire is looking to recruit a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade. This property has ability to cater for functions of up to 200 people and has a 80 cover restaurant.
Duties of this Chef de Partie position include:
* Maintaining the establishments high standards
* Working effectively as part of a team
* Preparing fresh produce
* Working on all sections of the kitchen as required
* Running a specific section as required by the Head Chef
The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position in five days out of seven as the business requires, reporting to the Head Chef.
Candidates must be competent on all aspects of the kitchen, able to work on sections as required. Individuals must be well presented and professional at all times. Experience as a Chef de Partie in at least a 3 star establishment is a significant advantage for this position.
