Hotel in Picturesque Derbyshire Village - Currently Looking for Chef de Partie !

This great two AA rosette hotel in a beautiful part of Derbyshire is currently looking to recruit an excellent Chef de Partie to support the Kitchen Brigade. In a beautiful Derbyshire village, this property prides itself on its relaxed informality which does not compromise its great food.

The responsibilities of this Chef de Partie position will include: * Maintaining the standards of this great establishment * Working effectively as part of the restaurant team * Supporting Senior Chefs * Taking part in training and development * Controlling a section as required by the Head Chef

The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be five days out of seven as the business requires. Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this position must be very strong Chef de Parties, strong on all sections. Applicants must be willing to take on a challenge, and be keen to develop their career and experience.
