Are you a Chef de Partie who wants to succeed?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work in a 2 AA Rosette establishment alongside top quality chefs who are looking to achieve their 3rd rosette. This hotel would like to recruit a Chef de Partie who is competent in pastry and larder in order to complete its kitchen team. This hotel has a fine dine restaurant that is accredited with 2 AA Rosettes and you would be expected to produce meals to a very high standard. As a result applicants to this position should be experienced in fine dining cooking to 2-3 AA Rosette standard. The hotel also offers some private dining. This Chef de Partie position will involve taking control of a section of the kitchen and assisting the more senior chefs when required as well as aiding the development of the junior chefs. It is essential that all applicants to this position are flexible and willing to work hard within a team environment. Most of all the candidate must show real passion for food and be fully committed to the brigade. Reporting directly to the Head Chef.

Benefits of this Chef de Partie include: 20 days holidays annually Personal training and development Competitive Salary Qualifications/Experience required You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a fine dine restaurant that was accredited with a minimum of 1 AA Rosettes. It is also necessary that applicants possess a food hygiene certificate. In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
