Job Description
Junior Chef de Partie/Chef de Partie desired for great Restaurant in Leicestershire!
This contemporary Restaurant in the stunning Leicestershire countryside serving fantastic modern British cuisine is currently looking for either a Junior Chef de Partie or a Chef de Partie to join this terrific kitchen Brigade.
Duties of Chef de Partie will include:
* Working on different sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef
* Maintaining High Standards in this busy kitchen
* Completing all tasks to an extremely high standard
Working Pattern for this position will be five days out of seven as the business requires, reporting to the Chef Patron.
Candidates will have a solid background in the catering industry, preferably with 2 rosette background. Strong in all sections of the kitchen, the successful candidate will be a passionate chef with proven ability to work as part of a team.
