A 4 star stunning Country House hotel in the heart of Leicestershire is looking to recruit a talented Chef de Partie.

The hotel has over 50 individually styled bedrooms, a fantastic golf course and a superb 2 AA rosette restaurant with 2 AA rosettes serving a traditional English with a twist.

The hotel also boasts a brasserie, private dining for up to 36 and banqueting for up to 180. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to gain experience in a high quality establishment. You will be expected to work within this exceptional brigade and assist in sustaining the fantastic accreditations achieved by this hotel.
