Chefs Wanted for Sauce, Larder and Garnish Sections - Beautiful Northamptonshire Property
This excellent two rosette restaurant in beautiful Northamptonshire is renowned for its beautiful setting and excellent cuisine. The hotel in which the restaurant is housed has achieved four stars and is always looking to further its reputation.
The restaurant is currently looking to recruit Commis, Demi and Chef de Partie Chefs to work on the Sauce Larder and Garnish Sections of the kitchen
The responsibilities of these positions will include:
-Maintaining the standards of this great establishment
* Assisting in the development of dishes through thorough experimentation
* Working effectively as part of the restaurant team
* Supporting Senior Chefs
* Taking part in training and development
The working patterns for these Commis, Demi and Chef de Partie Positions will be five days out of seven as the business requires. Commis, Demi and Chef de Partie Sauce, Larder and Garnish Chefs will be reporting to the Head Chef.
Candidates for these Sauce, Larder and Garnish positions will be hardworking passionate individuals with willingness to learn and progress. Good experience within 2 AA rosette properties is desirable though not essential.
