Job Description
An ideal opportunity for a dedicated chef de partie wanting to further their career in a highly accredited and ambitious hotel.
This 3* 2 AA rosette accredited hotel needs a focussed and ambitious Chef de partie to join their professional and successful brigade. They are currently developing their brigade and are aiming to achieve a 3rd rosette in the near future.
The talented chef team will constantly assist in your career development providing excellent training and encouragement, as you will do with the junior members of the team.
Accommodation is available to successful candidates if required.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similarly accredited establishment and cooking to volume.
You need to be dedicated, energetic, bursting with ideas, and be passionate about food and quality.
