Job Description
Registered Home Manager £28-£29k + bonus and benefits.Our client is a privately run organisation that provides residential services for emotionally troubled and vulnerable young people. They are opening a new home in the Lenton area of Nottingham that will provide care for young people aged 8-18 years old with emotional and behavioural difficulties.You will be dedicated to supporting young people in the looked after system with a proven track record of management. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ4 and have worked in a similar environment for a number of years. You will also need to be strong on the operational side and be able to work closely with the senior management team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home including budgeting and all recruitment.In return you will receive a generous salary, bonus and benefits scheme along with the opportunity to work in a supportive environment.
