Job Purpose: To take all incoming telephone calls from Audi customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles.
Processing the bookings within the Audi guidelines, ensuring that the information gathered is accurate. Communicating the details of the booking and the customer requirements to the rest of the department, whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times
As an Audi Service Administrator, your Key Objectives will be:
Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the Audi Centre.
Qualify and establish a detailed understanding of the customer’s requirements including vehicle collection and delivery bookings, courtesy car bookings and while-u-wait appointments.
Provide customers with accurate quotes for service and repair costs.
Maintain continuous customer contact through pre-calling and lapsed customer follow up.
Communicate any customer dissatisfaction in line with Audi Centre procedures.
Assist in calculating workshop capacity, ensuring that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system.
Understand and apply Audi customer service standards and HSO requirements.
Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the Audi Centre.
Maintain product knowledge on the full Audi range.
Maintain relevant systems, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Provide cover for other areas of the service department during busy periods.
Experienced gained within a similar role within Audi or the Volkswagen Group would be highly advantageous; however, we are happy to look at non-industry professionals with strong administration background, a focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to think on their feet in a high demand environment.
