Helpdesk Analyst:-
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be a highly customer focused individual, capable of logging, escalating, diagnosing and resolving technical issues on a range of Hardware and Software, including Windows Operating Systems and MS Office Applications. Preference will be given to candidates who have IP Networking experience, in addition to any IT / Customer Service accreditations, e.g. CLAiT, HDI, N+, etc.
