| Manufacturing Technician – Blow Moulding £30k This is an exciting and challenging opportunity working with High Volume Liquids. The role will involve leading and developing a team in maintenance, troubleshooting and CI activities. You will responsible for ensuring your team have the right skills to operate at high performance levels to accomplish all maintenance work. You will be highly skilled and experienced in this field of work. Day to day duties: • Exceeding targets for OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) output. • Exceeding KPI targets for Quality, Health and Safety. • Giving technical support for lines and machinery. • Co-ordinating operator activities. • Maintaining legal requirements and safety systems. • Carry out safety risk assessments and audits. • Ensuring all work is carries out safely. The successful candidate will ideally have: • Team leadership skills/experience. • Interpersonal communication. • Customer and consumer orientation. • Planning and organising skills. Benefits: • Salary £30k and will include a 3 shift pattern (morning, afternoon, nights) candidates must be flexible 24/7. • Annual holiday entitlement.
