HR Manager – Leicester - c£27-£30K – full time

Our client provides integrated facilities management services to the Health sector. With over 650 employees in Leicester, their services include portering, security, cleaning, catering, switchboard, estates and water management.

Due to promotion my client is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to support operations and the delivery of business goals. As a member of the Leadership Team this role carries a high degree of responsibility, you must therefore be able to offer sound business solutions to a wide range of issues affecting a diverse workforce.

In addition to typical day to day ER issues, you must relish customer-facing roles and demonstrate evidence of having forged excellent relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

The epitome of professionalism and capable of working at all levels, you will be involved in multiple project work requiring innovation and strategic thinking. The ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines is fundamental. You will assist Senior Managers deal with performance management, attrition reduction and talent development, as well as normal HR duties. You should have a solid base of working in a HR generalist capacity, undertaking personal responsibility for a wide range of HR work and preferably be part or fully CIPD qualified. Knowledge of TUPE and dealing with Unions is beneficial. The role would be ideal for someone who can go the extra mile.
