A great opportunity is available for an excellent Administration Co-ordinator who has a flair for supporting senior members of staff to join this dedicated team based in Coalville!
Your enjoyment of this position will come from managing a wide variety of tasks to support the Managers and Directors of this small but successful company. From making travel arrangements, preparing presentations and sales briefs to organising and attending meetings, this role is all about using your first class organisational and administration skills! Your typing ability will be put to the test in creating a variety of documents and reports for senior staff and you will enjoy interacting with customers as you assist in taking general calls coming into the business, process customer orders and fulfil any requests for stock samples to be sent out.
This truly is a diverse position that will stretch you in all areas, making the most of your skills and ability to provide fully rounded administration support. The right person for this role will enjoy working as part of team but also have the initiative to manage their own workload, and you will also possess solid IT skills including moving around Word and Excel with ease.
