Working within our European Customer Services 'backpacks' department, you'll take full responsibility for your own portfolio of ‘key’ accounts, providing the kind of customer service that will really send our competition packing. Liaising directly with business customers, you'll process orders, check stock availability and liaise with the Warehouse and Credit Control to ensure delivery dates are met. You'll need experience of working in a fast moving, commercial customer service environment ideally dealing with key accounts. First class communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential. With a pro-active, confident and flexible approach, you'll soon fit in with our friendly, multi-cultural team.
