Our client is a global multi award winning company, due to winning a multi million pound project they are looking to take someone on a permanent basis as this exciting time in the Companies growth, with opportunity to develop and progress within the business with flexible working hours
You must have administration / secretarial experience, ideally within a construction, building, property or similar background with customer service experience, able to think on your feet, work under own iniative and learn quickly the jargon used in the industry along with being accurate and efficient in using a detailed filing system
Duties include filing and updating documents on the system, taking informal minutes in meetings, typing them up and distributing. producing reports, typing correspondence, meeting and greeting visitors, post, stationery ordering, diary management, booking appointments, organising travel and accommodation, answering telephone calls, organising and coordinating meetings, statistical reports, this role will then progress into an helpdesk administrator in January 2009 which involves providing front line support to all stakeholders of contract, recording customer and case information, responding to customer requests, generating managements reports and much more
