Due to increased success and expansion, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator/Stock Controller for a key role within a busy Volume Car Dealership in central Birmingham.
The function of the role is to plan and order cars and commercial vehicles from manufacturing plants, to monitor stock movements and demands from the retail network, flagging up and shortfall or desirable stock. You will also be responsible for transferring fully paid/adopted stock where possible and controlling the new car stock systems in line with sales management and administration.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the Ford Car and Commercial ranges, as well as having experience of Ford Dealer Portal and Ford systems/operations gained within a busy environment.
You will have a good working knowledge of Kerridge V.8 and be competent to discuss stock etc at wholesale/management level.
Your level of accuracy must be of the highest standard, and you must be flexible to support the Administration Manager with ad-hoc duties as and when required.
