    A professional and extremely capable customer service professional currently has a cracking opportunity to join a brand new innovative customer care team based in the Beaumont Leys area of Leicester.

    As one of the largest companies in the world, their customer service centre only employs the very best to represent them and this new role would be perfect for an extremely talented customer service professional who is passionate about the quality of their service.

    Initiative is the name of the game as you project manage from start to finish a diverse range of incoming calls, emails and letters for your product lines. Anything and everything will come your way from requests for product information to details on promotions, sponsorship enquiries and complaints. You will act as the main point of contact for all enquiries that come your way and you will be required to draw on your previous experience to fully research solutions and effectively manage and resolve problems. You will need to be curious, helpful, tactful, thorough and above all extremely professional as you manage all queries to final closure with consumers, retailers and business callers alike.

    As a key part within this brand new team your ability to multitask is paramount and your first class customer service experience will be called upon to suggest improvements for internal processes and procedures to really get this new team off the ground!
