Recruitment Trainee role - Graduate Recruitment position - Nottingham -Industrial Recruitment
Here at Thorn Baker we are experiencing fantastic growth year on year. Last year our turnover was over £20 million and due to this success we require another Trainee to join our busy Nottingham Industrial team.
You will be responsible for finding suitable candidates for all current vacancies, conducting interviews, advertising, response handling, interview preperation, client visits. You will ensure all appropriate paper work is in order and general organisation of the candidates.
You must have presence, credibility and maturity, be able to manage your time well and handle pressure well. Working within a similar environment would be a distinct advantage.
