Working for a market leading banking organisation where you will be an integral link between the business and its existing customers. Dealing with customers who have questions or queries relating to their savings or mortgages, providing first class customer service and resolving these issues. In this role you will also be expected to identify areas to cross-sell and up-sell. You will be targeted on lead generation and rewarded for this.
Suitable candidates will have:
• Previous call centre experience
• Experience of working to targets in a fast paced environment
• Extended communication skills and the ability to articulate information accurately
• Drive and passion to succeed
In return you will receive:
• Salary £12,500 - £16,500 depending on experience
• Bonus and commission: £100 - £200 per month

Hours: Flexibility is essential between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 9am – 2pm
