ICT Technician / 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer:
Our client is currently looking to recruit an ICT Technician to join their busy Team. You will have the responsibility of assisting the IT Technical Support Manager in ensuring that the ICT infrastructure is operational and fit for purpose. You will achieve this through the provision of 2nd line support, maintenance and repair of the Information, Communication and Technology hardware and software, whilst working alongside the Support Team to provide a customer-focused service. You will have a strong understanding of Microsoft O/S and applications, in addition to installing software, creating and maintaining software databases. Additional experience of Storage Area Networks, Thin Client Technology and Project Management is desirable but not essential. Preference will be given to anyone holding relevant accreditation; MCP's, ECDL, Prince 2, etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with an exciting company, offering training and development.
