As a Reservations Consultant working for my client, you will handle reservations for a discerning client base. Since 1999, my client has successfully grown to become a well known and well established internet based tour operator. They have made it their aim to provide clients with a lasting memory of a journey made with like-minded travellers all over the United States of America.
Role of Reservations Consultant:
To handle all incoming reservations from customers
Selling specialised tours directly to the public
To maximise sales/reservations for the business
To offer a superior service and excellent customer service at all times
Selling holiday extras ( car hire, insurance, transfers)
All general administration duties
Necessary skills for Reservations Consultant:
Previous experience of doing reservations, within a small tour operator (not necessary but an advantage)
Excellent telephone manner
Good communication and very strong administrative skills are a must
Enthusiastic, reliable, self motivated team player who is able to work well under pressure and can multi task
