Working for a Financial organisation, who specialise in Personal Credit and are a well known credit company in the UK, employing staff nationwide. They provide a home credit service to their customer's, through self employed collecting agents. They mainly specialise in unsecured cash loans and are looking for Sales individuals in various locations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* You will be given a geographical area to work within
* To provide motivation, support and guidance to approximately 12 Agents
* To analyse and discuss each Agent's own performance on a weekly basis
* To vet and authorise applications for credit with company policy limits
* To conduct home visits to potential customers to access their suitability
* To conduct home visits to customers to manage arrears cases and suggest payment plans, (not collections!) to monitor customer satisfaction
* To support the Area Manager in finding and selecting new Agents
* To complete administration and documentation relevant to the role and advise Agents to do the same
* To attend regular meetings with the Area Manager to review performances
Skills and Experience Required
It is essential that you have your own transportation and be prepared for evening work. You will have the ability to thrive under pressure in a target driven environment and previous sales experience is a must have. Ideally you will have experience of people management, however this is not essential.
Benefits
In return you will be offered a salary of £16,082 - £18,553 per annum - depending upon experience, plus performance related bonus (typically £3,500 p/a) and expenses. Excellent benefits include 25 days holiday, rising to 28 days with service, company pension scheme and excellent career progression to Area Manager within 2 - 3 years, with earnings of £40,000 p/a plus Company Vehicle.
