Full Description:
Working in a prestigious hotel and restaurant you will be working alongside Chef and the kitchen team. You will provide your thoughts and ideas on menu changes working with Chef to update it regularly. You will work on all areas of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting your food. You will be expected to cook quality and exciting dishes to a high level. You will also manage the kitchen in Chef's absence so experience of stock taking and rota's would be an advantage.
You will need to have Senior Chef de Partie experience or be a current Junior Sous and be flexible in your working hours. You will work both straight and split shifts, starting no earlier than 645am and no later than 930pm. You will have your own transport and be a clear communicator.
