We are a Plumbing and Central Heating Company based in Nottingham and have an opportunity for an Office Coordinator.
Working closely with the Office Manager, the job will involve experiencing the different roles carried out by the office and devising new processes and methods within these roles. The job will also involve some basic Systems development and IT support.
Daily tasks will involve liaising with customers; designing and producing bespoke reports, managing logistics, assisting with the migration of the current computer system and general administrative duties. Training in many different areas will be available to further your development within the role.
This is an immediate start and the hours are 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday
